Refund & Cancellation Policy

Consulting Services

As a professional services firm, our refund policy reflects the nature of consulting work:

Non-Refundable Services

• Completed consulting hours
• Delivered project milestones
• Custom development work
• Training sessions conducted

Cancellation Policy

Before Project Start: Full refund minus 10% administrative fee if cancelled 7+ days before start date.

After Project Start: No refunds. Client pays for work completed plus 30% of remaining contract value.

Monthly Retainers: 30 days notice required. No refund for current month.

Exceptional Circumstances

Refunds may be considered if:

• We fail to deliver agreed services
• Services don't meet documented specifications
• Mutual agreement to terminate

Refund Process

Approved refunds processed within 10-15 business days to original payment method.
