1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the services provided by TechEvolvo Technologies Pvt Ltd, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
2. Services
TechEvolvo provides cloud infrastructure consulting, DevOps implementation, CI/CD pipeline setup, container orchestration, and related technology services.
3. User Obligations
- Provide accurate information
- Maintain confidentiality of credentials
- Comply with all applicable laws
- Not use services for unlawful purposes
4. Intellectual Property
All content and intellectual property remain the property of TechEvolvo unless otherwise specified in writing.
5. Payment Terms
- Invoices due within 30 days
- Late payments incur 1.5% monthly interest
- Services may be suspended for non-payment
- All fees are non-refundable unless stated in writing
6. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of proprietary information disclosed during the engagement.
7. Warranties and Disclaimers
Services are provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind. We warrant professional workmanship but make no guarantees regarding specific results.
8. Limitation of Liability
TechEvolvo shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Total liability shall not exceed fees paid in the preceding 12 months.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate with 30 days written notice. Client remains responsible for payment of services rendered.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Pune, Maharashtra, India.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes are effective immediately upon posting.
